Together, Towards Healing.
I believe that healing is possible, and that the therapeutic relationship can be one of the most meaningful and potentially limitless vehicles to help folks achieve this.
I enjoy working with children, teens or adults- with individuals, couples and/or families - and generally, individuals who are searching to enrich their relationships and lives with more meaning and purpose. I am passionate about helping my clients have better relationships with both oneself and loved ones. This may include navigating interpersonal conflict towards deeper resolution, or finding a more full sense of meaning and purpose in one’s life through identifying and working to achieve goals, reducing stress levels, processing traumas (if desired), and supporting self-care.
I have training in multiple modalities, including IFS, relational and attachment therapy, play therapy, CBT, EMDR, family systems therapies including structural and strategic models and narrative therapy. I prefer to provide a multi-modal, wholistic, and blended approach that best suits your needs as the client, and I am interested in hearing your preference and perspective of what may work best for you.
I strive to co-create a healing space with you, that is individualized, helpful, and most applicable to what you are hoping to work towards together. Clients may experience the therapy with me as an opportunity to be heard respectfully and fully - and to be provided with life-applicable skills to help you best thrive. I believe that identity matters deeply, and it is critically important* for me to aim to provide clients with intersectional, gender affirming, and culturally competent space. It is essential to note that my therapy practice is LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC supportive.
